Paul Bikis is a Colorado/Washington based adventure-sport photographer and filmmaker. Paul has deep roots in the outdoors, which  drive his passion and allow him to push the limits of adventure photography, capturing dramatic landscapes and colorful images of raw and truly wild places.

Over the past decade Paul has lugged his camera through 13 countries, dangled from anchors, climbed summits, navigated waterways, raced down trails, and put himself out there in the places he loves to capture angles that few are brave enough to go. His work has earned publication in print outlets such as  Canoe & Kayak Magazine, Get Lost Magazine, Klipsun, The Planet, and more. His film has been featured on Rocky Mountain PBS and with commercial companies such as Liquid Force Kites and Quest Races.

Paul’s eye and talent has won him awards in Photographer’s Forum Magazine as well as 1st place in the 3rd District Congressional Art Competition, where his work was displayed in the Library of Congress. It has also provided opportunities for commercial work and partnerships with Black Diamond Equipment, Eureka Tents, Jet Boil Stoves, and ENO Hammocks among others .

Paul aims to capture, motivate, and inspire humans to be their best self and consider their relationship with the conservation and preservation of wild places. He is always full of energy helping educate, and inspire his peers daily through his love for life and photography. He is happiest behind the lens, traveling, climbing, nose deep in a book, or exploring in the backcountry with friends.
